Mo Lan currently ships orders within the United States from our Los Angeles-area warehouse in California.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. During holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery

• Standard shipping: $6.90, usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping: $14.90, usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Packaging

Each Jian Zhan tea cup is packed with protective materials suitable for fragile ceramic goods. If your package arrives damaged, keep the item, packaging, and shipping label, then contact us with photos within 3 days of delivery.
