Mo Lan ships from our Los Angeles-area warehouse to the United States and supported international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Processing can take slightly longer during holidays or unusually busy periods. Tracking is sent by email after dispatch.

United States shipping

• Standard Shipping: $6.90, estimated 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited Shipping: $14.90, estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch.

International shipping

• Canada: $24.90, typically 7-14 business days after dispatch.
• Asia Pacific: $34.90, typically 7-18 business days after dispatch.
• Europe & United Kingdom: $39.90, typically 8-18 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of World: $59.90, typically 10-25 business days after dispatch.

Packaging and damage

Each Jian Zhan cup is packed for fragile transit. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, keep the item and packaging and email gerrelierus@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address may require additional shipping charges.
