Shipping

All Mo Lan orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles, California warehouse. Our teaware is crafted in Jianyang, China and carefully inspected before being made available for shipment.

Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $75

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mo Lan purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged Items

Each piece is packed with great care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
