Shipping & Returns

Mo Lan orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles-area warehouse in California. Our contemporary Jian Zhan teaware is crafted in China, inspected, and packed with protective materials before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch. Processing can take slightly longer during holidays or unusually busy periods.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: $6.90, estimated 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: $14.90, estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Mo Lan accepts international orders in supported destinations. Delivery estimates vary with destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

Canada: International Standard, $24.90; typically 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Asia Pacific: International Standard, $34.90; typically 7-18 business days after dispatch.
Europe & United Kingdom: International Standard, $39.90; typically 8-18 business days after dispatch.
Rest of World: International Standard, $59.90; typically 10-25 business days after dispatch.

Checkout shows the final available shipping method for the destination address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an address cannot be served reliably by an available carrier, we may contact you before shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or local taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, and they are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging and Damage

Jian Zhan cups are fragile ceramic objects. We pack each order carefully. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at gerrelierus@gmail.com. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original protective packaging.
Contact us before shipping a return so we can confirm the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by transit damage or an error by Mo Lan.
Original shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not refundable unless required by law.
