Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Mo Lan. If you are not satisfied with your Jian Zhan tea cup, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original protective packaging.
• Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by damage in transit or an error on our side. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packing ceramic items carefully.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
