Refund Policy

Mo Lan accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original protective packaging.
• Email gerrelierus@gmail.com before sending a return so we can confirm the return address and instructions.
• Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
• Original shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by transit damage or an error by Mo Lan. Use a trackable service and pack ceramic items securely.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers can require additional time to post the funds.
